Keeping in view the needs of the modern industrial world, Imarat Shariah under its fourth Ameer-e-Shariat Maualana Minnatullah Rahmani in consultation with Hazrat Quazi Mujahidul Islam Quasmi and Maulana Syed Nizamuddin the then General Secretary and the present Ameer-e-Shariat planned to establish technical institutions in different parts of Bihar, Orissa & Jharkhand. They hopefully thought about the modern day industrial needs. They felt that without providing technical knowledge among the Muslims educated youths, it is difficult to uplift them socially and economically and in this view of the matter to save them from lagging behind in the race of progress.
But unfortunately the fourth Ameer left the heavenly abode in the year 1991. Consequently Hazrat Maulana Abdur Rahman, a profound scholar and great sufi and wali of the day was elected the 5th Ameer-e- Shariat. Under 5th Ameer-e- Shariat during his patronage, Quazi Mujahidul Islam Quasmi and the then General Secretary Maulana Syed Nizamuddin , the present Ameer-e-Shariat undertook the task of establishing institutions of technical education transforming the dreams of the 4th Ameer-e- Shariat into reality.
